hey dean, i just finished ur book and had to soemhow get onto you and let you know that the way youv thought about why you run kind of opened it up to me. Im 17 and had two of my friends murdered/killed in 2006 and the hurt was something i never could quite understand or wish to feel again. Since then i have trained and competed harder then i could have ever imagined and had no idea why or what for as i didnt care for winning but failure was never an option and i couldnt figure out where it all was coming from. Your book helped shed some light on the situation for me and to be at peace as i was worried maybe i just trained and competed out of grief but i realise it is for more now. Thanks,Cam
