163 days, 9 countries, and a million memories later and its all over….
What can I say? It's been incredible.
Fiji can only be described as 'Fiji Time'. As the first stop on our travels it didn't disappoint from lots of sun, visiting villages, island hopping and drinking coconuts - perfect start to our travels.
New Zealand! Where to start? Easily the most beautiful country I have ever visited. Having a campervan is the only way to travel. Driving through mountain ranges and gorgeous scenery every day to climbing a Glacier! Amazing.
Australia - From travelling down the east coast, snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef, boating in the Whitsundays and spending Christmas in Sydney with a great group of people was the best experience ever. Then to top it off spending New Years Eve at Sydney Harbor watching the fire works - what more could you ask for!?
Asia was unreal. From tigers, elephants, tuk tuk's and buckets in Thailand to seeing Angkor Wat at sunrise in Cambodia. Travelling the length of Vietnam and seeing amazing things along the way to tubing in Laos and tiger whisky! And not to forget buying everything Cath Kidston in sight in Malaysia. Even being visited by friends and boyfriends along the way, how lucky are we?!
Last but not least Japan! Spending our time travelling around like VIP's on the bullet trains was amazing. To visiting temples, experiencing all you and drink, karaoke, meeting Japanese friends and drinking Sake, visiting Tokyo and shopping in forever 21. Living a childhood dream at Disney World, and to top it off visiting Colette!!
So sad it's over as it's been the best five months of my life. I think I have now got the travelling bug!
Onto the next adventure……. :)
