Happy New Year everyone! Apologies from us both for the lack of blogging action. We spent Christmas on a tiny island called Tobacco Caye off the coast of Southern Belize. No internet or phone and electricity from 6pm - 6am only! We moved on from there to Antigua, Guatlemala via Guatemala City.
