I was at the Manchester County Athletics Champs where my son Felix won the 200 and two of my other athletes won county titles ..... it was raining and I forgot my fork so had to nick one from the cafe!! I'm necessarily very careful about my diet so the Tea is a detox caffeine free Tea called Red Bush with Xylotol sugar (made from the bark of a tree) and goats milk which is much better for you!! The salad is all organic and the salad dressing is home made using a recipe most suited to O blood types.... all sugar free, low G.I no gluten etc. ....mixed with Buffalo Mozzarella cheese (again way batter for you) ... probably all "b******s" but it seams to work for me and gives me a sense of control over my health!!
