Today I spent most of the day in the car on a journey from Michigan to Connecticut (over 2 days;- tonight I'm in Findlay Lake NY). I don't like to stop for a meal if I'm on a long journey as I don't like fast food and if like today, my car has over $100,000 worth of equipment in it I don't like to leave unattended for long, so I pack a lunch to eat as I drive along. Here is my lunch, just prior to being packed: four mini New York ham and Wisconsin sharp cheddar cheese rolls with a generous coating of Taylor's mustard, half a pack of pre-cut celery sticks a bag of organic mini-carrots (absolutely delicious) and a Michigan Red Delicious apple. It was really delicious and just the ticket for the drive; I have more fruit and vegetables for tomorrow's journey but I'll need to find some sandwiches,
