Last day in Nongkhai. It's become my second (third?) home. I feel like I know everyone here (I don't). I love cycling by the Mekong, eating sticky rice and buying fruit from the market. I'm gonna miss it of all. I'm gonna miss my little afternoon reading sessions at Mutmee garden restaurant/cafe (westerner's hub) over a pot of tea. I'm gonna miss the lady from a small shop across the road - our supply of Coke, beer and Oishi green tea. But most of all I'm gonna miss the people I met here. They have been welcoming, generous, kind and very friendly. I had sanook mak mak with you guys!!!!!!
