The Adventures of Gene & Caroline
The first keg of out trip started at the fuel dock. We were hoping for calm winds and water. Well, as anyone on the Chesapeake can tell you, it didn’t go that way.
Winds were 10 to 12 knots. Waves varied but mostly were 2 ft rollers. Lots of whitecaps.
Once we passed Rock Hall the weather actually got a little worse.
The boat handled as expected, amazingly. Annapolis Town Dock is a small marina with about 230 ft of dock space. The crew there is exceptional.
We rest and tour today (Saturday) then off to Herrington Harbor South to continue the adventure.
