Pella, Greece
We headed for Pella, the city in which Alexander the Great was born, I had been looking forward to this the whole trip. Again we went in the small museum, in which was housed some beautiful Macedonian gold, before entering the site. Pella was not the most grand or impressive site, but as at Mycenae, felt like I was walking in the footsteps of greatness.
