Phil, excellent blog, really funny. Hey Paul, that's my boy!!!
Maureen (Hollie)
Im really sorry to disappoint you Derek but i have to return to my family in the UK. The business is doing so well that i can pay somebody else to run it, how good is that.
I think i will have to pay to put your beloved daughter on the next flight back to the UK as she is doing my head in.
Anyway better get back to the kids, they will want feeding. Hope your not missing me too much and i promise i wont spend the 50p all at once. Thanks!
Father Nick
Hi Guys!!
Jolly well done. I've seen the photos of the Singapore Slings and your eager faces. Sounds like you enjoyed them as well.
So, I'm a gentleman who keeps his word. I have arranged with Mum to put 50p each in your accounts (an extremely generous gesture I hear you say - think nothing of it, it's the least I could do to help you guys!).
Obviously we don't have Nathan or Hollie's account numbers so we will give Phil £1 to share with Nathan and, because we can't trust Phil with more than a quid,we will put £1 into Marks account to share with Hollie (Good Eh?) and because we don't tust Paul with owt, he gets a straight 50p all to himself!!!
Now listen, try not to use it all at one go. Im sure it will last a few days in Oz. 'Thank you, Thank you', I hear you cry. Don't worry I have at least 2 more 50p's for myself and Mum so we won't starve. Have a good time in Oz and we will keep in touch. Take care.
Father Nick. xxx
Now that they have gone, I feel so good. Being generous is so good for the soul. You can't give them too much otherwise they would be constantly drinking gin slings to give themselves a steady income, wouldn't they? Right, time to relax. Coronation Street and a glass of red wine, what more could a benefactor want, cheers everybody.
Derek
Eh up, Maureen.
Now that you've set up your own busness in Singlepour, does that meanyou won't be coming back, ever?
Please say yes, please, please pretty please!!!!

Bonjour mes ami's (& Maureen). Excellent blog Mark, i was there with you (in spirit!).
Sounds as though you are all doing okay. The next three months are going to be hard cos you've got to work (Heh-heh-heh). Here's the deal. Get yourselves into Raffles and order one Singapore sling between you and we might send you a donation. No kidology! we want to see a photo of this when you do it, otherwise it won't count, okay? Do it.
Glad to here you are all still talking to each other. We're going to see Katy & Gregg's new flat tomorrow.(I don't know what thats got to do with anything but I just thought i'd make polite conversation!).
Enjoy yourselves and look forward to hearing from you all in Oz. Don't forget to do the Ayres Rock touristy bit.
Lot's of love from Mum and I and stay fit.
Father Nick.
P.S. Marky! Don't expect any foot massages when you get back. Best we can do is to get Mum to pummel them with a cricket bat! after drinking a few glasses of red wine of course (Mum that is, not you).
Derek
Hey Maureen, didn't take long for you to find the biggest wine glass in the world, did it? I knew things would degenerate as soon as you appeared on the scene! Otherwise, glad you made it and have a great time.
Your best (and only) friend Derek
