"And that is where it ends. It's 0535 HRS Hong Kong time. This is my last blog! I hope it kept you informed. The videos have all but gone, but the movies are being made. The photos will remain. But it is time to sign off now." It's been emotional.

Hi Phil,
Will be good to have you back in the country! I did not pass my driving test, although this time it was not my driving but a 'technical error' Have another one booked for 3rd sept but hoping to get a cancellation appointment sooner! Anyway, 1 month til you are back, will have to make sure me and Brian get down to Wells to welcome you back!! Enjoy Japan and hear from you soon xxx

hiya Phil
just got back from bonny Scotland and have been doing up the kitchen (Oriental Ginger), back to work on Monday morning (sounds like a song). Been making cherry vodka today but underestimated the need for a 'large jar or bottle' as directed by the recipie so ended up having to force cherries through the neck of the vodka bottle instead! Still, seems ok. Will only know for sure in 4 weeks time when it has 'matured'. Andrea and I are planning a 'faux folkie' in her back garden as we're both missing the real thing. Will have a tent and folkie-kolkie, which will be a sort of folk kareoke I anticipate. Really looking forward to that, especially as it will be about the same time as the cherry vodka matures ...
