Guatemala is a beautiful country covered by a great many mountains and volcaonoes. In Antigua we hiked up Pacaya Volcano and enjoyed watching the sunset while smoke billowed out of the crater above us. On the way down we even saw the glow of lava erupting from the crater which made our day. On the Wednesday we got the megabus to Washington DC. We met Nicole at her apartment and she cooked a yummy central american style dinner.
