We are having a coffee break whilst on our morning ride.
This the Cafe du Commerce.
Basic daily routine is:
Off to Boulangerie for pastries for breakfast;
Breakfast and read for a while;
Ride;
Lunch;
Pool;
Le Tour; and
Dinner.
Today is a recovery ride of about 55K and 750 metres of climbing. No hurry today
