Aged Hippy
End of the work day - had been sitting in front of a computer all day so decided to take a short stroll around Charlestown to blow the cobwebs away.
Dark, blustery and wet evening but the ships in the harbour still look great. Charlestown is a great little village - used to be a busy port but more of a tourist destination now. It is also famous as a film set - film crews can be seen in the harbour fairly frequently.
Lots of good hostelries and B&B's in the village. Also some unique architecture, museums and craft centres are well worth a visit.
I found a geocache on my brief visit - weather has driven most visitors into the pubs and restaurants. Great place to spend a day if you are visiting Cornwall.
