arrived in Denver yesterday to a wonderful welcome from Petra. We feel like we are in heaven now. Everything is so very different from South America and the closest we have come to home in 6 months. Nursing the hangover from hell at the moment due to Petra's great hospitality!! More soon as cant think at the moment... love to all P&J

Arrived in Dallas, went to JFK museum and where he got shot and generally enjoyed having a few creature comforts. Now off to a mall so JB is panicking!!! Love ya'all P&J xxxx

Made it from our mad dash through central america to the Bay Islands for a week of diving. On Roatan Island which is great though the weather today, wet and windy, reminds us a touch of the UK except for the palm trees, wild sea, coral reef, chilled bars etc. I think you get the picture. In Central America and loving it though a touch tired from all the "interesting" bus journeys in the chicken-run buses. Started 6 days ago in Panama (the place of the rather large and impressive canal though the city is a touch dull) and then up to Costa Rica (and the particularly awful and expensive San Jose -advice avoid at all costs, the bus station is the best place as you can leave) - and up to La Fortuna and Vulcan Arenal, third most active volcano in the ...
