Hi folks hope you are all enjoying sunny Norn Iron cause we are loving the South African weather although a few boys did wake up this morning looking very red. It was either too much drink or sunburn but probably a bit of both. We are at a hostel in knysna taking it easy tonight as we have a big day planned tomorrow. A few boys are going to be doing the biggest bungy in the world tomorrow while the real men are going for a horse trek on the beach. You can probably guess who's doing what. ryt lads wata bout yas! Well u haven't missed much, although apparently im the most hated man in Belfast city centre. OFFICIALLY BARRED from la lea, they wouldn't let me into m club because they found a suspicious substance and stiff kitten is apparently another no no.

Was in Amsterdam last weekend where i managed to spend 690 E in 3 days which i thought was pretty impressive, unfortunately i can't go into more detail on here as to where said money went, but i had a very sexy time.

Wish i was out there with u guys ya lucky b******s, all ive got to look forward to is home time to play the new pro evo and that doesn't exactly make me wet.

Hello Gentlemen, I'm glad to hear you've survived the first week without many serious injuries. Safari looked fun, I take it no one tried to wrestle a boar? You boys get charged for receiving text messages or can I easily abuse you all from the comfort and safety of my home at any time of the hour? Ryan is demanding £10 a month from you all for having to babysit me.

Watch out for Bear Grylls, Ray Mears and Bruce Parry, I hear they prey on unexpecting white men for their pelts. Some sort of 'Predator'-like bragging tournament i believe it is.
