Here as requested is my list of HK essentials (certainly not exhaustive and in no particular order):
- Peak Tram (at night)
- Stanley market
- Wan Chai - one of the best areas for food and drink
- Star Ferry
- Jetfoil to Macau
- Ocean Park
- Street markets in Central
- Happy Valley race course (I suspect you've already got that one down!)
- Stubbs Road lookout (at night) - great views over the harbour skyline
I'll add more as I think of them.

Thanks for your early messages of encouragement. Jill did the packing while I found reasons to be out of the house! So I'm sure everything she needs is in!! The rest doesn't matter. Early night now,r eady for the last push in the morning. Taxi comes at 13.30 and then WE''RE OFF! Night night all!

Have a brilliant time, I know you will. I am somewhat jealous that I will cover just as many miles and see nothing but airports, bus factories, exhibition halls and hotels. Logging on regularly should keep that jealousy nicely topped up.

Hello Jill and Richard, Thought we would get straght in there and be the first to post a message on your site. Hope all the packing has gone well and you are all ready for the off!
