So you made it to Adelaide then! Did you go to Rio's in Hindley street? I pulled a 50 year old their!!!! Loved Adelaide and made Tim Tams at Arnotts biscuit factory their:-)

Think of you at least 4 times a week Cookster as i am out running now and trying to get as fit as you:-) I have gor my (hilly) 4 miles down to 38.18 and hoping to do a 10km in sub 59:59 later in the year. You give me the inspiration to push hard but I have not puked up through it hyet :-)

When are you in NY? I will be their at the end of the month but I guess you will still be in Aus? If so, when will you be their? If it is in jan/feb let me know and i will most certainly come over and neet you (if you can put up with me!).

Very jealous of your travelling - I loved it and wish I was as young as you to do it again!

Brian... this is so much fun. The diving is brilliant. Oz is a funny place everyone seems to come here to work. I'm far too lazy (as i'm sure you remember). Haven't been inapropriate to a kuala yet but did get a bit fresh with a potatoe cod!

So how was the diving - cant wait to be able to go to some ship wrecks and maybe even see some sharks!!!!!! Sydney is an amazing place - we have been here 23 days now and it feels like home! It will be great to see you both and listen to your stories about where you have been since we last saw one another. How long are you planning to stay in Sydney for???? Hi you two,
So you finally made it to civilisation then. You'll love Oz i reckon but your spends will soon dwindle. Me and Anne stayed in a resort about an hour north of cairns called Port Douglas. Its really handy for the Scuba as its the nearest resort to the Barrier Reef.
Am so jealous were not there. Take the train up to Kuranda. Its worth a quick trip and then the cable car back down. Its quite near Cairns airport. At the top of Kuranda you can cuddle a Koala bear if thats your sort of thing. No kissing or touching though as they dont allow it. (I was only trying to be friendly).
Were still loving your website. Why is it every time you post a journal you've always got a hangover?.

Well hello from Oz too!!!

So you happy to be here then luv? Sydney is great so i hope you are loving cairns just as much. its is great to be civilised again isn't it! proper toilets, drinking water and not a tuk tuk in sight!!! So whats your plans so far then luv? doing more diving a guess? you staying in a hostel? how are you finding it? tell me all! would be great if w did ger to meet up again while we are here. think we are staying in Sydney for the 3 months we are here before new zealand so you can make you way down here and hopefully we shall meet again!. just got back from camping in wales .-went to an auction with grandad last week and had a few days fishing in scotland the week before .good photos on the website -looks like you are still having a great time .Have a good time in australia and take care 'keep well -Dadxx

Sounds like you have a had a fab time, i luv the photos especially of the diving , they are amazing but i particually liked the one of the ants carrying the crisp, that made me chuckle loads! Hi there guys, had a quick peekie at the photos and am feeling really envious. Looks like you are having a great time. Glad you had a brilliant birthday Nic. Mums still a bit sore after her op and has had to go the doctors again as she has a bit of an infection in one of the cuts. Spent the day with her today and had a bit of lunch with her. Sometimes i wish we all lived back at home. Zak still in plaster and will be for another six weeks, hopefully as long as he starts trying to weight bear on it it will be off, but at the moment he is a bit frightened to walk on it. It will be 4 months then since he broke it. Just off to Gatwick now to pick Dan up from his hols so i'll end now .Take care love cousin julie x x
