Sounds like you're having a whale of a time. I wouldnt mind some tropical weather to clear up this cold. Nice warm sea waters and some snorkelling. Great stuff. How/where are you now? And where next? I hear Phi-Phi is great and Georgetown is a cool mix of cultures (and a great place for a Redang curry). Keep the blog updated.
