View from the pier at Akaroa (the restaurant where we ate can be seen among those lights). This was taken with a long 3.2 second exposure (a feature I didn't know my camera had, until I was shown about 5 seconds before taking this photo!). We left straight after this photo, and got back to Christchurch much more quickly, presumably because we weren't stopping all the time to take photos / enjoy the views!
