Christmas Eve arrived faster than I'd thought it would signalling my time at home was almost at an end. All my friends and family came together at our local spot to celebrate the seasons joys and catch up with each other as well as exchange ideas and plans for the future. It was the most exciting, exhilarating and completely free social function I've been to since I left home. The dancing; both traditional and modern, the mix of locals from all walks of life integrating and sharing and celebrating the sucesses of each other. We partied all night long re-establishing those bonds that hold us together as a community and preparing us to move forward stonger and more inspired.
