This is apparently what the Sumo's eat, but bet they have about 6 gallons of the stuff a day. Basically you get raw ingredients (incl. meat, fish, veg and noodles) and a broth, then you boil it all up on the gas ring in the middle of your table. We'd never be trusted to do the same thing in England.
