We made it to Bolivia! On Tuesday we got our tourist visa from the Bolivian Consulate office in Puno. We had read it would maybe be only $100 if we went to the Consulate instead of the $135 at the border. Unfortunately both of those prices are outdated and it actually cost us $160 either way.
