Was at the Hong Kong airport a couple of days ago when I come across the Tsui Wah store. I have heard that the store is a Hainanese chicken rice specialty store but I was wrong. The rice tasted a bit salty without much fragrance and the chicken was not even tender. I think they probably slice the chicken the wrong way as I really have difficulty chewing it.
