typical ghanian family morning :) Milo (what Ghanian's call tea, which is basically like hot chocolate), bread, maybe some omelettes with onions and maybe sardines if u want. I definitely did not enjoy the day they made my omelette with sardines...i dont think my tastebuds will ever forget it
