Tuesday 1st April Day Four of the Connections Tour: Once the coach was loaded, we took a short drive up to Byron Bay Lighthouse, the most Easternly Point of Australia. Sunday 30th March Day Two of the Connections Tour: Up for breakfast before hitting the road to Byron Bay. We've heard from Lawrence - he's going to meet us in Byron Bay and bringing the numbers up on the tour to 19. We stop off in a town called Kempsey for a break before driving to Coffs Harbour lunch. Saturday 29th March Day One for the Connections Tour: After meeting the crew on our tour, Adam the guide/cook and Alan the driver, we jumped on the Connections Bus. There are 18 of us on the tour. Thursday 27 March After checking into the WakeUp Hostel, and being upgraded to a family room, we went down to the Hostel Bar called Side Bar for our 2for1 drinks. After this, we decided to jump in a taxi and head for Darling Harbour. One word describes this place - WOW! The Opera House is huge. Slightly bigger than the one in Jersey! Sunday 23rd March Arrived in Melbourne at about 9, so jumped in a taxi to the Base Hostel in St Kilda. A quick wash, we were too early to check in, before a walk for a tea/coffee. At 11am, Wayne and his two buddies arrived at the Hostel on their Harley Davidsons to give us a ride around the city. Oh my god, what an experience! I'm not sure words can express this!
