Oh jeeez I cant believe I havent written in so long, it seems like ages ago now and its tough to remember. I went to El bolson, a hippy town next to Bariloche, maybe I said that before though. The El Chalten, which at the time was the smallest village ive ever been to. I like it very much, surrounded by amazing mountains. I was shocked at how the supermarkets had a choice of abouit 4 things to buy...they didnt even have pasta! I bough a 1kg tub of dulce de leche, this amazing thing they have here which I can best decribe as a mix between chocolate spread and honey, but its made jsut from heavily condensing milk, tis delicious. So id go on treks with my tub and some bread to dip in it and feel like Winnie the Pooh. The hostel I was at was lovely, really nice people I met there too. Im still travelling with some of the people from there at the moment. There wasnt much to do in the evenigs but play cards, but it was fun all the same.
Then I went to El Calafate with some Swiss people, there seems to be a lot of them here. Calafatewas very touristy, I didnt really like it. I went to the perito moreno glacier which was amazing, one of the most amazing things ive seen on the trip though it feels like I think that about everything I see. Since its end of summer, end of season, here, it was tough to get a bus out, and had to wait 3 days. So i returned to Chalten since it was a nice place, and got the bus after 3 days from there instead.
