Built in 1898 during the Klondike Gold Rush, this narrow gauge railroad is an International Historic Civil Engineering Landmark. Due to the pandemic and absence of tourists and closure of the Canadian border the train was not running. Our drive up the South Klondike highway to the Canadian border gave us similar views.
