I hope your week was great. Wow!!! 40 kids! I tend to go outa my mind with 4 most of the time, so I cannot imagine 40. I am confident though that they knew you would be awsome and could handle it. I would inagine that it is frustrating and you are homesick, but remember what joy you are bringing to those babies. I am sure they love your beautiful smile and they will never forget you. You have a chance to make a difference and give hope and love to 40 children. Thats incredible. You will be home before you know it, so enjoy your time and experience there and come home safely and a new look on life and different cultures that most of us could only imagine.

for all to know--- I talked to mikaylah tuesday morning (her time) AND SHES DOING FINE, HOWEVER A BIT OVERWHELMED.Everybody else in the program were sent in pairs to orphanages in various cities but unfortunatley mikaylah was assigned to her orphanage by herself.no one speaks hardly any any english fist off, and instead of 20 children like she had been told were going to be there, theres over 40! I guess the building is new ,and are still in the constuction of. She says the bugs are awful and i was right, there is no toilet paper! however the worst thing abour where she is now is there is no internet for her to be able to keep in touch with all of us back home, so shes feeling abit lonley and says shell do her bst to get adjusted. shes going to be at this location for 4 weeks so as her mother I pray she finds something about this experiece that brings her joy and is able to shine that beautiful personality that mikaylah has to share. she has free time on the weekends to do whatever she wants and can go to the city to use her computer. unfortunatly i am a bit concerned because she will have noone to go with. I will be calling her everyday this week so she has some communication to home and im sure shell have alot to blog on the weekend, so we can look forward to reading that. everyone make sure to continue messaging her throughout the week so shell have alot of warm fuzzies to cheer her up when she can read them on the weekend.

having so much fun that you havnt even had time to email your mommy huh? well i woke up this morning and started to worry aliitle bit, so i called grandma to see if she would call you for me and she had just talked to you, and i was so surprised to hear that you were what SHOPPING AT THE MALL! well, im so relieved to hear that you are fine,but a little sad that i cant afford to call and hear your voice too. im sure you will email me when you can, so i guess ill go down to your room and work on it for a few hours bfore i go to work. i miss you! mommy

ok mikaylah its 930 pm friday night our time, and 10 am sat morn for you, so hopefully you wil be reading this soon. im sorry i cant call you when i want to talk to you like grandma does but theres no way i can make thoses calls and expect to still have a phone next month. im sure youve been very busy and having alot of fun, but pleasd remember your mommy stuck here in boring grants ass oregon, and how while your gone having the time of yor li8fe i am slaving away on your bedroom so you have a wonderful new place to call your apartment. i went to the post office to send the card and some pictures and they wanted $16.00 yo send a card sized envelope to india! thats crazy! i know how you love mail but im a very poor mommy and i just couldnt do it. sorry. anyhow, it was very hot today. megan and spenser went to the beach for the day and shes spending the night at sandras because shes babysitting tomorrow morn. @7 while sandra works. melissa is with krystal (i think!0 and after im done writing you im going to work on your room for a couple of hours. i got a srean up i your window so now the windows are open always to give willow some fresh air. looking forward to hearing from you, princess. love mommy

its really cool to check this thing and get updated on how you are doing. its really cool that you are there with a group so you have other people that are atleast a little familiar and who you can depend on and do stuff with. it is hot here...i cant even imagine how stinkin hot it is there! we all love you here. keep having an awesome time. i cannot believe you are all the way in india! thats just plain crazy!

alright, wheres my damn email!I said--- i wanted a damn email! now where is it!Im waiting!it was so frickin hat today.. but i guess ill get no sympathy from you!i hate it i ve got a damn whole in my back yard with no water in it! Im sorry to say the card i sent you came beck saying i need to go to the post office when mailing international letters. so ill get it out tomorrow. your box went out today but trudy had a hell of a time trying to declare the contents when india wont allow much of anything to be shipped into thier country. hopfully they dont deside to open it up. i know your having alot of fun, but i miss you, and being misserable everyday all by myself ,and noone to cheer me up. your bedroom is almost empty. willow is doing fine and yes i bought her food. have a great weekend. and by the way... WHERES MY DAMN EMAIL?

WoW!!!!! You are actually there! Crazy! I am so excited that you are already making friends and out exploring things. You just havnt been somewhere unless you have lived the life and checked it all out. I am so jealous. We had our campout the other night at grandmas and it was wierd without you. Maybe we can do it again when you get back. Dont forget my monkey :) actually the little burrows are darling but dont think one will climb right in your pocket . Talk to you soon.
