Would you believe there's a restaurant devoted to kimchi (Korean pickled cabbage)? This place is called 'Kimchi Chim', named after one of its famous dishes. It's basically stewed kimchi served with pork and rice cake. The other dish in the photo is "kimchi chiggae', which is kimchi stew (served boiling hot in a stone pot). Absolutely delicious if you can handle the heat :)
