This is a street stall which sells clothes for dogs. Since the vast majority of dogs in Korea are tiny (so that they fit in the apartments that everyone lives in), all the clothes are miniature as well. If you look closely, you can see that there are mini Superman costumes, cadet outfits and even one with bunny ears!
