This sight will make me cry when I leave Seoul - it's a whole supermarket section devoted to Ggochu Jjang (Korean chilli paste) and Deng Jjang (Korean soybean paste). Both are used extensively in Korean cooking - and as you can see, come in a variety of packages ranging from tiny travel tubs to giant 2kg tubs. Too bad the big tubs won't fit in my suitcase.
