Paul and I decided to cook dinner for Aunty Veronica's birthday (after Aunty Veronica, Michael and I went shopping to 3 different supermarkets!) - we made smoked salmon and char-grilled asparagus starters; Vietnamese springrolls (minus the ricepaper), and seared tuna steaks. It was delicious!
