I made this one - we didn't have any rice paper to make the rolls, so I placed the fillings in lettuce leaves instead. Each 'wrap' had some bulgogi (bbq beef), red and yellow capsicum, carrot, bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, mint and coriander.
