I went to stay with some family friends while in London - I stayed in a beautiful place called Berkhamsted, home to my mum's close friend (who I call Aunty Veronica), her husband Michael and her son Paul. I was really looking forward to some long walks in the nearby woods. I was so excited when I read the sign for "Pancake Woods" - and equally disappointed when there were no pancakes in sight.
