An Andean speciality, Guinea pigs are killed, stretched - as you can see over a pole and then toasted on the fire as if it were just another marsh mallow on a stick. Having watched this process for 15 mins prior to purchasing, the meat got no further than my between my front teeth before i decided just to spit it out and try again another day without witnessing the whole scewering process before hand! I hope i never see anything this disgusting again...
