Woke up early at 4:30 again. Thx for a restful night. There was a mixed patients load again, some so poor, some seem very well to do. The patients came in so slow, we pretty much have no patients by 11am. According to the people, a lot of them are selling things in the market so they won't come till later, hopefully it won't be so bad.
We're next to the police and they're wondering around so got to be careful about sharing. Told the gospel bracelet story to a kid, hope that'll stick
