Once we arrived in Madird, I left Juliette and Ariel and I got on a train for the city of Salamanca (2 hrs away). While I was in Korea this past summer I met a Spaniard in my Korean program, Elena. I promised her that I would visit her in Spain while I was in Italy and I fullfilled that Promise!!! I spent 2 nights in Salamanca and then took the train back to Madrid and was in the city for 1 night (which was actually plenty of time because I was still exhausted from Paris)
