Welcome to Oz Kristen! Welcome back Mike. Have a great time at the top end, enjoy your trip down the coast. Aunty Betty and Kevin v. much looking forward to seeing you both soon. Remember no swimming in the water holes - that's an absolute no no, regardless of what the guide tells you! What a great adventure - love the photos!
Mama
Great to see the photos - you both look really well - hope you are keeping a journal as well Michael - what an experience and thanks for sharing it with us -
Tori had a great time at camp and has seen the photos as well - she wants to swap places with Kristen and not you Michael - because otherwise she wouldn't be there with you - hope this makes sense but just thought it was a lovely sentiment - I think it was the picture of you on the bridge - so Lara Croft -
She had a great week at camp - they slept out on the last night - so she is already in training for her big trip - didn't mention any spiders though
We on the other hand only survived in Barcelona because of the air con in the flat - it was great - went to concert in Gothic church by Manual Gonzalez - you can't make that up - and I am sure it was about 36 degrees in there at 9pm
Back to work tomorrow - must go enjoy Singapore
Could you please give Clare a rough idea of what time you will be in Brisbane so she can let Auntie Betty know - they are getting a bit anxious about when to expect you
Take care - much love - Mamaxxx

Singapore zoo has fab orang utans. I had breakfast with them 13 years ago while at a conference. Just gorgeous, cuddling into your arms. They also have an amazing polar bear enclosure - if they have to be in captivity that's the one to be in. Looking forward to seeing you both fairly soon. I'll show you spiders! Call those spiders! Ha! Wait til you get to Cairns! Hee hee are you both in for a treat! Personally I hate caving, claustrophobia and a fear of the dark don't make for a good caver! Fascinating though, could do without the bats as well. Enjoy Singapore, remember no chewing gum and no picking flowers - $1,000 fine. Changi - did you get there last time? Worth a visit. We had dinner at the Westin Stamford on I think the 71st floor - great restaurant if you feel like splashing out and celebrating - you can see across to Malaysia from the top floor.
Fussy Aunt
nice caving, not sure about the bats. Nardo, I and two and half smalls (I was 5 mths pregnant!) went into a mad cave in Colombia too. so dark we were all roped together. we had to come out before we reached our destination; waterfall at end as half of the party didn't fit through scary narrow gaps: should have thought about it as our guides were skinny 10 year old lads!! Would love to meet urang utan? in habitat, there was a very depressed old one in Frankfurt zoo. Jane and I were all for breaking back in and releasing some of the boys. I bet by now there's just too much to take in, you'll need the journal to help you remember half of it.

Hello
Your pictures are soooo cool looks amazing, you have missed 2 if not 3 heat waves thankfully seems to be cooling and hopefully some rain tonight. Ollie, Sooty, Emma and I had a lovely week on our own with Chris of course. He has started new job as a buyer in Gosforth/Durham and is starting to get inot it so very pleased and think he will really enjoy it. At the moment still doesn't know anyones names and getting to meet suppliers etc. All the babies are fine Ollie ate a bag of doritos and has a new toy called Jim Jam. The cats have a new feeding shelf woo wee. I have finally cleared those boxes you left in the playroom and much tidier now all the windows are finished too. My work is fine all over the lace as usual but got new phone and a proper hands free kit fitted inot the car which is excellent.Got a few brochures for houess but haven't viewed any yet how exciting. Better go as cooking for everyone as they are all pooped. Have a wicked time in Singapore and Oz. Have to confess missing my little bro (nice beard in the photos ha ha). Bye luv Caroline xxx ps. Hello
Wow looks wicked its 27 degrees here what a scorcher but stuck inside working what a surprise. Meet up with Chris's aunt and uncle yesterday who live in KL and have said if you need a bed for the night or have in problems in Malaysia to give them a ring i'll send the contact details through soon. Chris' uncle looks just like his dad but with a moustache very funny. Holiday was great but tan is fading thank goodness for sun here. Ollie is following the Poot man round the garden, they are both far too hot. Saw Amelia last week in Aberdeen she is much bigger but lovely and full of chuckles. Better get back to work enjoy it all I am immensly jealous.
Love Caroline xxx
