We first arrived in las serena with thoughts of seeing stars and beaches, only one really came off... The first thing we had to do was post my friends passport down to pucon though, this was a small thing/price to pay for the great company.... Myself and the four Aussie chicks where staying in a tiny hostel, we filled its two rooms but the two owners (married couple) where really helpful and friendly... I arrived in pucon not really knowing what I had signed up for or what I wanted to do... South chile was never part my plan but I was gonna enjoy it... Today was a big day, poss one the most important in my history, I had just visited Easter island and was full of life... So I arrived at the cottage looking hostel with couple hours before it could/would happen... Il always remember the day I arrived in pucon, first meeting Gabriel the argentinian mr me...

The bus ride from Mendoza Argentina to Santiago Chile is for me one the best roads in the world, you slowly climb the mountains and the views are breathtaking, looking back I wish that I had rented a car and seen it that way although I would prob still be there now taking photos... There was just the four of us as the Canadian didn't wanna see chile and needed north, so with Europe in mind myself, the sweds and Dutchie enjoyed the road to Santiago... ...
