They weren't! You literally have to stand on either side of it and squat right down, and surely this is much easier for girls to do than it is boys, it's like peeing in a potty again! Only I reckon a potty would probably be slightly more comfortable! Also no toilet paper... Anywhere! Not even on request, and this one didn't even have a hose to flush with you literally got a pan full of that water and poured it in! I think I'm going to start drinking less.
