Christmas and New Year is over and we are back into hard work routine...thinking of you enviously as we shiver in the cold here.

Hi all,

We are currently in Luang Prabang in Laos: tomorrow we will be travelling up north of the country. The internet is even slower than Thailand so a quick message instead of a new blog entry (and uploaded pics and movies).

We are still enjoying ourselves but Laos has not pushed all our buttons yet: we are now going to visit more rural areas as we seem to be missing the Nepal like back to basic feeling.

We will try to get online whenever we have a chance, but so far it has been a bit of a struggle.

Loving the cooking outfits! and the cooking pot. That takes me back to my mum's old cooking pot. Hope you had a fab crimbo. Tried to text so I don't know if you got the msg and are being to tight to rsvp (lol).

Am trying to get fit for the new year what a struggle! No motivation whatsoever! but as it will be my 30th in 2009, this will have to be my motiviation. Hey hey!
