Esqoeulles, France Feb 28, 2013 At the bakery. Mountains of bread! Bread oven is 4m by 3 m wide. It is enormous! Current owner is about to retire. They use wood from the trees to light the oven. The ash is collected under the oven. It takes 45 min to heat the oven up to the right temperature.
