Meegan! Wow! What an experience you are having in The Philippines! And we are so honored to be sharing the Philippines with you because of your gift of writing! Thank you for sharing with us. It makes having you so far away just a little bit easier. You are loved by us so very much. I love knowing that we are on the same page with our devotional prayers! It helps to feel closer to you also! My prayers are with you as you experience all the Philippines has for you, Meegs!

Megs - I have a couple of questions - where were you going in the taxi? What is the temperature there? Did you have to take a taxi back? Makes us pray harder when you are in a taxi by yourself. But we know God is sitting right next you in that taxi. The same God that is right here and now with me. Miss talking to you and having you come over. You are where you should be and for that we praise God. Loves and hugs!
Marcia
Praying for you this AM Megan....

Megs, I came across this on our first day of the Salt and Light study, I add your name for dramatic effect...and prayerful direction (and to cover the fact that I plagiarized our Bible study book...)
"Megan went with a purpose. She was there to proclaim Christ. like Stephen before her, Megan believed Jesus was more than a Jewish Messiah, He was God's Son sent to be the Savior and Lord of people from every nation. Megan felt led to reach Filipino people. To do so, she moved to a Filipino city. She lived among Filipinos, loved them, and shared Christ with them. This was a radical decision on Megan's part."
Isn't it cool how changing the place and the name shows you doing exactly as Jesus' followers did almost 2000 years ago? Very neat...
