Hey DIPs***, I was returned to work as wrokers comp would not accept my injuries; They STARVED ME BACK TO WORK DRIVING A SEMI-TRUCK on oxycontin / morphine / amytriptyline /baclofen; Due to all the medications, I barely missed a head-on collision on 2 occasions; (RESPECTING) others I walked away from my job, as it was only a matter of time until some-one like you or your children would have been killed; 2004; In 2011 medical care for my spinal injuries is still being DENIED;
