Hello, hope you read my e mail giving an update on the family situation. All is well and (for all viewers) I am not yet a grandad! M.C. is looking great and D day (or should that be "B" Day?) is approaching. Your Mum is currently down in Durham and no doubt there is much talk about babies and related stuff. I of course would like to be totally involved in this discourse (honestly) but I am going down on Saturday when I can also have some discourse with Jim on other related matters such as, do you like your new Toyota Rav and what size of engine does it have? A very important baby related question!

Hope your NZ Youth Hostel accomodation is as good as the YH hostels mum and I used in the Highlands (35 and a bit years ago.) In those hostels the boys went to the right dormitory the girls to the left and never the twain did meet. Will you cope with this? No on second thoughts, in the modern world you'll have single room double bed accomodation. I hope however you still need to do your "chores" just to keep you in touch with reality.

We are well jealous, everything that you have done so far looks amazing and the pics of Pauline and Dale's wedding looks like you all had a great time and am sure they were both well pleased about you being their witnesses. Well hope the rest of the trip is as great at the first part seems and appears to have been.

Only got another 24days tell we get married...Was up at Aunt Christine's tonight for a dress fitting...it is gorgeous..Greg as you can probably imagine!!!!

We're going to San Fran (got alcatraz booked already) Pauline said that you said it STINKS...read that in your journal too, LA, Las Vegas and San Diego for our honeymoon, in total for only 15days not 1year like you jet setters then after i come back i am going to Vancouver with my work for a week so i cant complain too much... still jealous though at your itinery!!

Well some of us have to go to normal civvy street working in the morning so i better get to bed now as its 0020hrs.

Well hello there, how are you two?? Thats us back to work and gettin back to reality!!!! What an amazing holiday, we both want to thank you for making our wedding day one of the best and funniest days ever!!! I had a permanent smile on my face from the sunday every time i thought about all the events on sat... like blagging us on the manhatten and getting to the top shoutin easyeasy!!! Or Amanda on that dance mat, well Dale s got that taped so its hilarious to watch, and how many vodka jellies!!! Hey travellers!

Photos are fantastic - hotels in Vegas not a patch on the Bentley Hotel though! Trust you two to travel half way accross the world and still get invited to a wedding!

I'm happy to say that Celtic got humped by Man U last week but unfortunately they managed a victory against the Mighty Kilmarnock at the weekend. Usual story for the 'Well - hammered Rangers 1 - 2!

Seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel re our flat. Looks like NHBC will be buying it back so T and I started house hunting at the weekend. Will keep you posted once we've found a suitable bedsit for the 2 of us!

On the wedding front, everything seems to be under control - still need to get a band but saw a good one play at O'Neills in Merchant City last week. Going to see a few more though before we decide.

Tracy got some bad news - needs to start looking for a wedding dress in 2 months time so she's booked into Wishaw General for a jaw wiring procedure and colonic! (just so you know, she knows I'm writing this....honest!)

Just back in the office this morning following a couple of weeks paternity leave so just catching up on your adventures. Some amazing pictures so keep them coming - not your typical backpacking holiday though, your not exactly slumming it!!!!

Flembo, the sun is clearly getting you you big man - your dress sense has evaporated in the heat, what are those vests about mate!!!!

Thanks for your e-mails and texts following Matthew's birth. Mum and the wee fella is doing great and I will get some photo's e-mailed across to you as soon as I get a chance.

So that's 1 month down only 11 to go till you get back to the good old 'Well, bet you can't wait!!!
