We started out the day with a delicious breakfast (including quiche!) made by our lovely hostesses and had a great conversation with them over the meal. We got up early this morning (5:45 for me) to pack last minute things and get to morning prayer. After some encouraging words from the program coordinator, we were off. We walked up the 16th street parking structure to our van, and luckily against my initial belief, the vans were not in fact creeper vans, they were brand new rented mini-vans... We shopped at Costco today to get food for camping and we got even more excited. We met up later that evening to start packing the car. Even after a midnight run to Walmart, surprisingly we got everything packed! We didn't even have to carry things in our laps! We set off at 3am after getting pumped up from the Lizzie McGuire Movie. We are ready to take on the adventure of tomorrow's road trip!
