We called in for a few nights at 'The Herezo's' in our time down south. We have missed them terribly and were very humbled by the fact that they felt the same way too.... It was great to catch up on their lives since we had been away and to relax amongst great friends. All the kids, Bailey, Chloe, Joshua, Boo and Meg played wonderfully and got along like a house on fire. All the kids were interested in their chooks, which we later named 'Steggles' and 'Ingham'!!...

Had a great catch up with 'The Earls'. Again all the kids were excited to see one another and was great for us to talk face to face. It's great to be able to give everyone a hug when you see them instead of just saying 'hello' on the phone. Fiona and Chris took great interest in our trip, and we showed them some photos and movies of our trip so far. Highlighted was our adventure in The Cape. It was awesome to sit around after the kids had gone to bed and chat ab...

So the last three weeks have been both exciting and exhausting!!! We said our goodbyes to Angie, Rod and 'the Crazy Germans", which was a bit sad, but we were so excited to be heading down to Victoria to catch up with our fabulous mates!!! We left Mulgoa after a brunch and headed off on our two day trip down south, next stop being Echuca to visit 'The Gronows'. We stuck to the highway this time, not unlike our trip between Buddina and Sydney on the 'Great Dividi...

The last two days of driving have been exhausting, but beautiful. We said our goodbyes to Boof and Nic and were on the road by 10am, a bit later than wanted but oh well. We were off to Angie and Rod's, our Cape York mates who live in Mulgoa, just outside Sydney. It was a 1100km drive and we pushed it out in two days. If you ask Marty it was two days of driving that could have been done quicker if we stuck to the highway, but we had done that drive so many times...

We made it to Boof and Nikki's in mid arvo having stopped off midway and camped the night at Warra rest area. We had a great night watching a storm travel around us which was awesome.
