...upon arrival in Kerala, we suffered 2 flat tyres and were left stranded in the middle of nowhere whilst our driver had to take a trip in an autorickshaw to find a tyre. Suffering from heat and exhaustion, we were approached by 2 kind women who invited us into their home where we dined with the whole family, Keralan style on a banana leaf. What a kind and warm introduction to Kerala.
