another bus journey from Vang Vien to Vientienne (or how i kept on calling it Vienneta), which only took 6 hours so was quite a pleasent journey, seen lots of country side and people going about their day to to day in the rice fields and at markets.
The next we had a little wonder around and it became apparant that there wasnt much sight seeing to do, apart from temples which are beautiful but i've already seen lots of them). Weirdly we bumped into Toni (she arrived a few days before us) in Jomas bakery (they do the nicest cakes!!). As i was still ill from my sinus infection i spent the next few days chilling out. There was a great spot to people watch and watch the sun go down, somehow seemed to disapper quicker here. As there wasnt much to do we spent our next few days chilling by the pool and the evenings were spent going for tea then settling down for movie nights watching HBO and star movies.
We booked our bus to get us over the border from laos to thailand, Udon Thani going over the friendship bridge.
