We flew into the south of Thailand to Songkhla for Marks cousins wedding. His cousin has a holiday resort overlooking the sea. He has a few bungalows and we stayed in one of them. We wok at 10am feeling effects of jet lag! When we finally got out of bed, a tuk tuk driver offered us a trip around Bangkok for 30p! We visited the standing Buddha which was 30m tall and made out of gold, we went to the Golden Mount which is a man made hill with a temple on top with views across Bangkok. We also went to a big shopping centre called MBK.
